We use a screen printing machine, pad printing machine, digital photo printing machine, and Pantone colour match printing, to create the USB flash drive you were hoping for.
We will create a visual representation of the project you want, and work with you until you are fully satisfied.
Once your design has been confirmed, we will need to prepare tooling and open new moulds to produce the parts we’ll need later to put the final product together.
After we have produced the first sample, you will have the chance to discuss any issues and amendments we need to make before the final production.
Mass production of your product will depend on how many you need, and how complex your product is. The average quantity is 3000 pieces per order, which we can usually produce in 7-10 days. But our floor assembly staff have the experience and motivation to handle any size and complexity of order.
